Mataga of Stockton, a family-owned and operated dealership in Stockton, CA, is actively seeking an ASE Certified Automotive Technician to join our team. We’re looking for a dependable, skilled professional with strong diagnostic abilities and a commitment to quality work.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Complete engine, electrical, and performance repairs
• Service brakes, suspension, and steering systems
• Conduct routine maintenance (oil changes, inspections, tire rotations)
• Diagnose and resolve drivability and emissions issues
• Document repairs and maintain accurate service records
• Follow dealership and manufacturer standards
• Work collaboratively with team members

Requirements

• ASE Certification (required)
• 5–10+ years of automotive repair experience preferred
• Valid California Driver’s License (required)
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Own tools preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits

• $75,000 – $110,000 annually (based on experience)
